This notice tells you what we do with the personal information you give us (your name and email address) when you make contact with us via this website.
CLDC Uganda is known as the ‘Controller’ of the information you provide when you send us an enquiry. This site collects statistics - such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages that you visit - to help us improve our website, but these statistics are anonymous and contain no personal data.
Why we need your data
We need your personal data so that we can respond to your message.
What we do with it
Your data is held only in our email system and is used solely for responding to your message. Unless we are legally required to do so by the police, tax authorities, or law enforcement agencies, your data will not be shared with, nor distributed to, any third party. We will never send you unsolicited messages.
How long we keep it
All incoming emails are automatically deleted after a period of 6 months.
Your rights
You may contact us at any time and ask to see your data or have it amended. If you think we are processing your personal data not in accordance with the law, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (new tab/window).
